We are excited to introduce a new feature in our automation system that enhances your scheduling experience: we have added the ability to block scheduling for a set number of minutes and automatically re-enable bookings afterward.
Users can access this setting in the portal under the New Ride settings and choose the option to block scheduling.
Users can specify set the duration (in minutes) for which scheduling should be blocked. For example, 30 minutes, 60 minutes, etc.
This will ensure that you no longer forget to re-enable bookings, you can play custom messages and even decide how to handle to call.
