We have recently released our first version of "Conversational Locations." In V1 of this feature, Flip can now detect if a location provided from the caller is incomplete. Flip will then ask the caller follow-up questions to obtain the necessary information. For example, a location provided is missing a business name or number.
Lastly, if there are multiple addresses that match the location given, Flip can request further details to ensure accuracy.
Example 1: No Property Number provided.
Example 2: Same Address exists in multiple areas/suburbs.
Card Payments V1
We are excited to introduce the ability to add a payment card to a booking over the phone. This feature enhances the convenience and flexibility of our booking system, allowing customers to securely provide their payment information during a phone call. This feature will also allow callers to use an existing registered card for payment of a booking.
Customers can add a card for payment of their bookings over the phone by providing their payment card details.
Customers receive payment confirmation and booking receipts via SMS, providing them with a record of their transaction.
