We are excited to introduce our newest team member, Joe Garlick (UK), who will serve as Senior Transportation Engineer. With over 5 years of experience as a Developer in the Taxi Industry, Joe's expertise lies in IVR, Telephony & Dispatch systems, making him an invaluable asset to our team.
Want to disable booking scheduling from a particular pickup location like an event venue or airport? No worries, our Advanced Locations feature has got you covered! And now, we've made it even better by giving you the ability to add a personalized message for callers attempting to book. You can either end the call or transfer it to one of your Operators.
Enhance your customer service with Flip's new Outbound CLI Presentation improvements! Now, you can display different CLI numbers on Driver-to-Customer calls. For instance, you can show your main fleet's CLI to customers, while using a Driver Line CLI for drivers. If you're interested in utilizing this feature, simply submit a support ticket via your portal and our team will take care of the rest.
Wallboard Company/Fleet Filter
Enhance your experience with our latest update! We are thrilled to announce that your wallboard now has a filter option, allowing you to easily access specific fleets. Simply click on the Fleet option located in the top left-hand corner of your Wallboard tab, choose the fleet(s) you want to view, and click the reload button on the right-hand side. Enjoy a personalized and streamlined view of your fleets with just a few clicks!
Exciting news! Our Locations feature has received a major upgrade, now boasting enhanced search and capture capabilities. We've added additional location services as failovers to guarantee that you always receive the most accurate location information possible,
Partial Fill-Ins (Cab9 Only)
Exciting news for Cab9 users! We've recently completed integration work that ensures a seamless transfer of captured details from FLIP to Operators, in case a call fails within IVR. The best part? This results in an improved caller experience where agents don't need to ask for the same data twice. With just a click of a button, the transferred details ensure a smooth transition from IVR to agent, leaving your customers feeling valued and attended to.
