Portal Revamp

We are excited to announce a major update to our portal with the release of the Portal Rewrite. This release brings a comprehensive overhaul of our existing portal infrastructure, resulting in improved performance, enhanced user experience, and the foundation for future feature expansions. 

 

Key Features and Improvements:

Enhanced Performance: We have optimized the backend architecture to deliver faster loading times, reduced latency, and improved overall portal performance. This means that you can access your data and perform actions more efficiently than ever before.

Expanded Functionality: The foundation of the Portal Rewrite enables us to introduce new and exciting features in future updates. While the initial release focuses on the portal's core functionalities, we have laid the groundwork for innovative tools and capabilities in upcoming releases.

Bug Fixes and Stability Improvements: We've addressed several issues and bugs that were present in the previous version of the portal. The improved stability ensures a more reliable experience for all users.

Text-to-Speech Speed Control

Following client feedback, we have released a new feature for our Text-to-Speech (TTS) service - This provides the ability for clients to control the speed of generated speech! This update brings enhanced flexibility and customization to our TTS solution, allowing users to tailor the audio output according to their preferences.

How do you change your current TTS Speed? -> Please get in contact with our Support Team or your Customer Success Manager to enable this feature.

Reporting improvements

Introducing exciting new functionalities that enhance your data analysis and visualization capabilities. In this release, we've introduced: Drill-down Capability and a Redesigned look

 

1. Drill-down Capability: With this update, users can now take a deeper dive into their reports by leveraging the new drill-down feature. This functionality allows you to explore detailed information by clicking on specific data points or elements within the report. By simply selecting an item of interest, you can instantly reveal more granular data, enabling you to identify patterns, trends, and insights with ease.

 

2. Redesigned User Interface: We've improved the user interface (UI) of our reporting feature to deliver a more intuitive and visually appealing experience. The redesign is centered around user feedback.

Custom Messaging:
When the Asap/Future ride handling is set to no, a custom message will be sent before the call is disconnected.

We are pleased to inform you of a new improvement to our call handling feature that now lets users add a personalised message when call handling is set to "No." With this update, you are now able to customise your communication even if you are unable to answer calls.
