Welcome to Flip's February Product Update! Here's what we've launched:

- Cordic Dispatch Integration

- Late Callouts improvements for          non-voicemail callers

- Booking Time improvements 

- Vehicle types now supported on        Smartmove

- Late callouts now supported on          Marandy

Time Capture Input Improvements 

Improvements have been made to our Future Ride Handling Booking module. We have made changes to our speech recognition input to allow for more specific use cases. 

You are able to enable Future Ride Handling (Pre-Bookings) within your portal here

Double Late Callouts - No Voicemail Improvements

Previously when Double Late Callouts + Auto Cancel was enabled, if the customer's phone number did not have voicemail enabled then the automatic cancellation after 2 attempts did not cancel the booking. This is now resolved. 

Late Callouts support fleets in preventing driver no-shows, dead mileage, and busy dispatch screens - all while providing great customer service. Flip will even update the ride that it made a callout, and what the result of the callout was, e.g. "Left voicemail", "Confirmed ride", "Cancelled ride," and more.
